Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

Please plan ahead. Unless specifically instructed, do not use up an appointment with a doctor if you only require a repeat prescription of regular medication. You can register and use our on-line service. Alternatively, use the right-hand tear-off slip with your prescription indicating the items you require; hand or post the request to the receptionist. Collect the prescription after two working days. If the prescription is to be posted, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken. If you need a repeat prescription for the contraceptive pill or hormone replacement therapy only, please tell the receptionist so that you can be fitted in for an appointment with the practice nurse.
